Update

Built my welder/plasma cart. It has everything iI need right there.

Made the fan shroud

I didn't have alot of room to play with due to the engine being moved forward so I had to make my own fan shroud. I also fabbed up the top and bottom caps so I could utilize the 67-72 radiator saddles and hold downs. There is about 1/2" between the fan and engine.

Hood springs

Got the hood springs powder coated and installed.

Fuel door install

Here are some of the steps I took to get the fuel door in. The fuel tank use to be in the cab but I'm relocating it to the rear of the truck between the frame rails.












Have to finish up the inside and make sure everything will fit right then I will weld it up.

Update: We had a great time today. She learned somethings about maintenance on cars, then we ended up at the park.
